Taelor N Moore's BJJ Training with Back Take to Mount to Triangle-Armbar Chain
Taelor N Moore, the woman with long curly brown hair in the black rashguard, demonstrates a complete positional chain with her training partner, the bearded man in the white shirt. He shoots for her leg to start the sequence but she's ready, hopping back and using his low position against him. She jumps onto his back while he's still standing, locking in the backpack position with her legs wrapped around his waist. He tries to use the wall for support but they're going down. As they hit the mat, he attempts to turn into her and escape, but she controls his arm with a gift wrap and shuts it down. Now she's transitioning to mount and he's bridging hard, trying to roll left, then right. She widens her base and stays heavy, pinning him back down each time. He turns to his side trying to shrimp out but she's not going anywhere. From high mount, she isolates his right arm and slides her left leg up toward his head. Her right leg steps over his shoulder and she sits back, pulling him into the triangle. She adjusts the lock, pulling her shin to tighten the fold behind his neck while trapping his arm across her body. The triangle's locked but she's not done. His right arm is extended and she sees it. Both hands grip his wrist, her hips arch slightly, and she transitions to the armbar while keeping the triangle locked. The pressure hits the elbow joint and the sequence ends with the submission fully extended.
