Laura Sanko's BJJ No-Gi Headscissors Sweep and Submission Chain
Laura Sanko's stuck on bottom in side control. Not for long. She swings her leg over her partner's head and traps him in a headscissors. One explosive bridge later, she's on top and he's the one in trouble.
Now watch what happens next. She's got options from here. Americana on the arm. Straight armbar using her hips. Wrist locks from multiple angles. Each one's tight enough to finish, but she's just showing what's possible before moving to the next.
They reset and run it again, this time at full speed. The leg swing comes faster. The rotation is sharper. She lands the headscissors and immediately starts working submissions. Scissor choke to the neck. No-arm triangle when that's locked in. Armbar with his wrist tucked in her armpit.
Can anyone escape once those legs lock around the neck? How many different ways can you finish from one position?
