Street BJJ Triangle Choke: Technique Versus Aggression
A confrontation starts on the street. The BJJ guy goes to his back. Risky move on concrete. But he knows what he's doing.
Triangle choke gets locked in. Clean. His legs wrap around the neck and arm. The other guy tries to posture, tries to lift for a slam. Can't get his base underneath him.
The choke tightens. You can see the panic setting in. His face changes color. The armbar's there too as backup. He's trapped with nowhere to go.
Bystanders step in before he goes completely out. But was pulling guard on pavement worth the risk? What if that slam had landed?
