Two BJJ Guys Take Boxing Speed Bag Challenge
Two BJJ guys walk into a boxing gym. The challenge? Hit the speed bag as fast as you can. The guy in the black Ruotolo Bros shirt goes first, hands moving in tight circles, finding that rhythm.
His buddy in the grey shirt tries it next. Slower pace, but he's got the pattern down. Then the black shirt guy comes back for round two and things get serious.
He cranks up the speed. Faster. Even faster. Then he looks away from the bag, straight at the camera, while his hands keep firing. The bag's bouncing so quick it's almost a blur.
He stops and points at it. "I would get mad at that thing," he says. Did he just admit defeat? Or is he coming back for more?
